On 14th October 2017, an Inter House Competition- “ABHIVYAKTI” was held in Guru Tegh Bahadur Public School Lochi Hall. The theme being Diwali had competitions like Rangoli, Face Painting, Sky-Lantern Making, Bandhanwar, Non Fire Cooking and Kalash Decoration.
The inaugural lamp was lit by Principal-Director Mr. N.P Singh and Principal Administrator Mr. Kapil Sood. The participants were given 2½ hrs to complete their task.
In kalash Decoration, GGS stood 1st, MRS stood 2nd and BVS stood 3rd.
In face painting MRS & BVS shared the 1st positing, HSN was at the 2nd place and GGS at the 3rd place.
In Non-Fire Cooking BVS got the 1st prize HSN 2nd prize and GGS 3rd prize.
In Rangoli, HSN stood 1st, GGS stood 2nd and MRS got the third place.
In Bandhanwar making MRS secured the 1st place with HSN and GGS at the second and third place respectively.
In Lantern making again MRS bagged the first prize with BVS and GGS following at the 2nd and 3rd place.
In the overall, final result based on creative presentation of the theme, MRS got the first place, HSN was at the second place and the third place was shared by GGS and BVS.
The Principal Director, Mr. N.P Singh Sir gave away the prize and lauded the efforts of the children.
